Once you have booked a job with us, we contact you or your vendor to arrange a suitable time to photograph the property. We will give you information on how you can prepare the property for the photographic shoot.
Our photographer will start by shooting the external area of the property. Once inside the home we set up the camera equipment including flash lighting.
On completion, the photographs are taken to the studio where they undergo digital enhancement to make each photograph look spectacular. We also use state of the art software to brighten colours, add sky and eliminate any unwanted items or objects.
The photos are then loaded onto our secure server which can be accessed by using personal login details. Photos are generally ready to upload by midday the next working day.
Our production techniques include HDR (High Dynamic Range). HDR is a process where multiple photographs are taken and layered together. During the postproduction phase, the layers are enhanced to make each photo eyecatching and memorable.
